What are goals?
Goals are things that you want to accomplish by the time you get done with working out and training exercises. They are also goals that you set as a person so that you will soon meet those goals.
What is goal setting?
Goal setting is the personal goals that you set for yourself so that you can accomplish them.
What is the difference between Long-term goals and Short-term goals?
Long-term goals are goals that you are seeking to meet by going throuhg tough obsticles and challenges to prepare yourself for your Long-term goals.
Short-term goals are goals that you seek just to make sure you are were you need to be in order to be ready to set yourself for your Long-term goals.

There are six steps necessary for successful goal setting and they are as follow.
