Health related fitness helps prevents disease, promotes health, and improve your body's ability to function. Skill related fitness helps you learn particular skills.
What are the health-related components of physical fitness?
The health-related components of physical fitness is Flexibility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Body composition.
What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?
The skill-related components of physical fitness is Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power
Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?
A person does not have to be an athlete to be physcially fit because any body who trains their mind to be physically fit can do it. You may not be a football player but just because you are physically fit you would have certain features a football player have and so people will think that you do play football or any sport all because you are physically fit.
Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?
It is important to know your current level of health-related fitness because you may not be as strong and probably would try to do exercises and many different activities that you can not complete or do. Also your level of health-related fitness is suppose to fit you just to your benefits and your mind.
